A.M.Shaffique, J. The above writ appeal is filed against the interim order passed by learned Single Judge in the writ petition filed by the appellant. The writ petition was filed challenging Ext.P4 notice issued by the respondents calling upon the petitioner to remove the entire stock of jaggery powder kept at various godowns at Pamba. Ext.P4 is issued on the basis of communication issued by the Commissioner of Food Safety, Kerala. According to the writ petitioner, he had supplied the entire materials in accordance with the specifications and there was no basis for issuing Ext.P4.
2. Learned Single Judge while directing the writ petitioner to remove the goods as directed in Ext.P4, further observed that removal of goods will be without prejudice to their claim for the value of the goods and they should not be debarred from WA. No. 1504/14 2 participating in the tender for the year 2014-15.
We do not find any error in the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed.
