1. Sri N.P.Singh, Advocate, appearing for respondents 2 to 4 has filed counter affidavit today in the Court, which is taken on record.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks time to file supplementary affidavit showing provision that without obtaining any Transfer Certificate from Institution, in which she was studying, should have appear in examination of another Institution and after passing therefrom, again seek admission in earlier institution.
3. As prayed, list after two weeks. Meanwhile petitioner may also file rejoinder affidavit.
