Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondents to admit the petitioner for the B. Com (Hons.) for sessions 2019-20 under Economically Weaker Sections (E.W.S.) Record reflects that earlier the petitioner filed Writ C No. 25375 of 2019 in which a direction was issued to decide the representation of the petitioner for admission to the B.Com (Hons.) course, under the economically weaker section category of the students within a period of 15 days from the date of production of certified copy of the order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the said order, a representation was filed on 28.9.2019 but till date no decision has been taken by the University authorities on the said representation.
If the representation of the petitioner is not decided, she has remedy to file contempt of the earlier order of the Court.
Second writ petition for the same relief is not maintainable.
Writ petition is totally misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed.
