The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.02.2013 & 23.11.2013 passed in Minimum Wages Act Case No.09 of 2008.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant prays for dismissal of the present contempt application as not pressed. Prayer is allowed.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as not pressed.
