The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 14.09.2016 and corrected order dated 06.10.2016 passed in Writ Petition (Tax) No.805 of 2013 (Shreemati Devi Vs. The Commissioner of Income Tax (Central, Kanpur and another).
It is admitted between the parties that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with in its letter and spirit and no further cause of action would remain survived.
In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that since the order of the Writ Court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
