Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the subsequent information received by the petitioner, it is necessary to implead Secretary, Ministry of Shipping as party respondent, more particularly in view of the subject matter of present petition. He has, therefore, circulated draft amendment dated 3.8.2012 and requested for permission to amend the petition so as to implead Secretary, Ministry of Shipping as party respondent No.2. Request as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out on or before 9.8.2012. After the amendment is carried out, office shall issue fresh Notice to the newly added respondent making it returnable on 6.9.2012 (K.M.
