JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the first call/first session, when the petition was taken up for hearing, learned advocate for petitioner was not present. Neither any request for passover nor adjournment was made. Therefore, the hearing was deferred until second sitting.
Now in second call/second session, learned advocate for the petitioner is not present. On his behalf, request for passover is made. It is not possible to accept the request. Hence. S.O. to 3.12.2012.
