(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) Having heard learned counsel Ms. Minoo Shah for the applicant and learned counsel Mr B.T. Rao for the respondent, it was found that ad-interim relief in terms of para 6 (A) and 6(AA) of the application could not be confirmed and in any case learned counsel on both sides were agreeable to have the main appeal finally heard at the earliest opportunity. Accordingly the Civil Application is dismissed and Rule is discharged, with the direction that LPA No.51 of 2012 shall be listed for peremptory final hearing on 07.8.2012, as suggested by the learned counsel.
