Both the advocates for the reasons best known to them have requested for adjournment . When the parties advocates are making request for adjournment, ordinarily the Court shall grant it for genuine reason. Here there is no reason for the Court to infer that it is not a genuine request, hence it is granted. Now the matter is circulated only after joint requests / purshish or note for taking up the matter is filed.
