1. Rule, returnable on 26.06.2012.
2. Status quo granted earlier, is vacated.
3. It is directed that Commissioner of Fisheries, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar shall look into the controversy. It is open to the rival groups to point out their case before the Commissioner of Fisheries, Gujarat State. It would be open to Commissioner of Fisheries, to consider the grievances of the rival groups in consultation with District Collector and Authorities of the Gujarat Maritime Board.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has prayed that status quo which is prevailing today may be extended for some time. Request is accepted and status quo, which is operating today is extended till 13.06.2012.
