1. Heard Mr.Y.N. Oza, learned Senior Counsel appearing with Mr.Rajesh K. Savjani, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms.Nisha Thakore, learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent Nos.1,2 and 4 and respondent No.3-Mr.Gopaldas Asandas Thakkar, who is present in the Court.

2. Considering the controversy involved in the present application, the District Collector, Patan shall, after giving notice to all the parties, carry out the measurement of the land in question through DILR and submit his report before this Court on or before 13.08.2012.
