Shree vs State

1.0 By way of present petitions, the petitioners have challenged the action of the respondent No.1 in removing the name of the petitioners College from the list of Degree Pharmacy College for grant of admission in the academic year 2012-2013.

2.0 Since the grievances of the petitioners have been redressed, these petitions would not survive and the petitions stand disposed of accordingly. Notice is discharged with no order as to costs. Interim relief if any, stands vacated.
