Heard Mr.Vimal A.Purohit, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that the impugned order of the Addl. Secretary (Appeals), dated 9-1-2012 (10-1-2012) whereby the application for grant of interim relief has been rejected is an order on the merits of the case. It is submitted that at least ten findings have been rendered on merits that almost amounts to a decision in the Revision Application, which is pending final adjudication.
Issue notice, returnable on 17-7-2012. By way of ad-interim relief it is directed that the implementation, execution and operation of the impugned order dated 9-1-2012 (10-1-2012) passed by the Addl. Secretary (Appeals) shall remain stayed till then, and status-quo, as it exists today,shall be maintained by the parties.
In addition to the normal mode of service, direct service, today, is also permitted.
