1.0 By way of present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief/s:
"(B) Your Lordships may be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to decide and dispose the appeal preferred by the petitioner at the earliest;
(C) Subject to the outcome of the present petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant a provisional recognition and affiliation to the petitioner college"
2.0 Heard.
On the facts and circumstances of the case the respondent No.2 is directed to the decide and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of writ of the order of this Court.
3.0 With the above direction petition stands disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
4.0 It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.
