In reply to the query raised by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the entire period, i.e. from the date on which the petitioner purchased the land in question and made application/request for transferring its name, the petitioner has not received any reply of whatsoever nature from the respondent-GIDC and the reason for not incorporating the petitioner's name in corporation register is also not conveyed. In view of such assertion by the learned advocate for the petitioner, notice be issued, returnable on 25.7.2012. By the returnable date, the respondent shall file reply affidavit.
