Leave to join State of Gujarat through the Secretary, Labour and Employment Department as party - respondent No.3.
The reference which is stated to have been made on 10.5.2012 pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 25.4.2012 in Special Civil Application No.3623 of 2012 which was directed to be adjudicated and decided within a period of 10 days, is reported to have not reached the competent forum at Baroda.
To explain this situation, issue notice to the newly added respondent No.3 only returnable on 30.5.2012. Direct service is permitted today.
Responsible Officer from the Labour and Employment Department shall remain present before this Court on the returnable date.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. N.J. Shah may be given copy of this order today itself.
