1. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-original appellant-original plaintiff to permit it to join the subsequent purchasers of the disputed property in question i.e. the persons whose names have been mentioned in paragraph 4 of the present application as respondents nos. 7 and 8 in Second Appeal No. 132/2011.
2. Though served, nobody appears on behalf of the proposed respondents-subsequent purchasers.
3. Having heard Shri Thacker, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant and in future it may not be said that any order passed by this Court in Second Appeal is passed without giving any opportunity to the subsequent purchasers, the present application is allowed and the persons named in paragraph 4 of the application is permitted to joined as respondents nos. 7 and 8 in Second Appeal No. 132/2011. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
4. Registry is directed to issue notice of admission of Second Appeal upon the newly added party.
