(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the explanation given in the application for condonation of delay, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out for not preferring the Appeal within the period of limitation. We, thus, condone the delay in filing the Appeal. The Appeal be placed in the list of admission on 11th April 2012.
