JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 10
Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 3768 of 2019 Applicant :- Shree Ram Yadav Opposite Party :- Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Basic Shiksha Adhikari Counsel for Applicant :- Manoj Kumar Singh,Sarvesh Kumar Singh
Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents for disobedience of the order dated 29.08.2017 passed in Writ-A No.39378 of 2017 (Shree Ram Yadav and others vs State of U.P. & Ors.). For ready reference the order dated 29.08.2017 is quoted as under:-
"From the material on record it appears that the petitioners have made a representation for redrssal of their grievance.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by issuing a direction upon the respondent no. 3 to pass appropriate order in accordance with law in the light of the law laid down by this Court in Ramesh Chandra Tiwari and Smt. Sudha Verma (supra)."
In the present case, the writ court order has been passed in the year 2017 and now after a long span of time, the petitioner/applicant has turned up in contempt proceeding with the prayer that the writ court order has not been complied with. At this belated stage, this Court is not at all inclined to proceed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 Consequently, the Contempt Application is dismissed.
