The dispute being raised in the present writ petition is with regard to the allotment of chak by the Consolidation Authorities. It is admitted to the learned counsel for the parties that the petitioners and respondents are co-tenure holders. Both are claiming their share in plot no. 1708, dispute with regard to which has been raised in the present writ petition.
In view of the fact that the petitioners and respondents are co- tenure holders of plot no. 1708, this Court does not find any justification to interfere in the order of revisional court whereby the valuable land in plot nos. 2357/1 and 2357/2 has been given to the tenure holders as per their shares in the said plots.
The writ petition is found devoid of merits and hence dismissed. Order Date :- 30.3.2018 Brijesh
