The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 470/2012, within a time stipulated by this Court.
The petitioner is plaintiff in the said suit. It is urged by learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit is pending since the year 2012, but no substantial progress has been made therein.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to make all endeavour to decide the suit, expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
