1. Ms. Khyati P. Hathi, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 has invited this Court's attention at page no.28 and submits that Gram Panchayat be given time to pay the outstanding amount by way of installments and as such the petitioner is already in the job, therefore, it would not be strenuous on the part of the petitioner to demand the outstanding amount at stretch.
2. Learned counsel Ms. Hathi further submitted that in view of the affidavit dated 24.09.2012, the Panchayat shall pay up the total amount of Rs.48,200/- in total 4 installments and would endeavor to pay a sizable amount before Diwali and remaining after Diwali.
3. In view of this, Shri Krunal D. Pandya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now, nothing survive in the petition and petition be disposed of.
4. In view of this petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to both the sides to approach the Court, in case of difficulty. Rule is discharged. No costs.
