The petitioner has sought a mandamus directing the respondents not to grant any stage carriage permission on the Chopan - Kota - Kone route.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no permit has yet been granted and relies on several orders passed by Division Benches of this Court in similar cases, copies of which are annexed as Exhibits 10, 11, 12 and 13 to the writ petition. Having regard to those orders, we see no reason to entertain the petition at this stage but direct that the objections of the petitioner may be considered by the first respondent before taking any decision to grant a fresh permit unless a decision has already been taken.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
