This Writ Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo dated 18.10.2019, for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available in accordance with law.
Said memo is placed on record.
In view of the memo, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn reserving liberty as sought for.
