Court No. - 59
Case :- CONTEMPT APPLICATION (CIVIL) No. - 3063 of 2018 Applicant :- Shree Brij Yatri Seva Samiti Opposite Party :- Shri Sarvagya Rram Mishra, D/M Counsel for Applicant :- In Person
Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
This petition alleges disobedience of an order passed on 26 April 2016 disposing of a PIL with liberty to the petitioner herein to raise his grievances before the Collector and District Magistrate, Mathura.
The Court notes that apart from general allegations, no assertion has been made which may establish a contempt of this Court.
The applicant who has appeared in person however has sought to address the Court on the issue of lack of facilities for pilgrims who approach the holy site. All these claims may form a separate cause of action and may be raised in independent proceedings. They cannot form subject matter of enquiry by this Court in its contempt jurisdiction.
Consequently this petition is dismissed.
