Heard learned counsel for the petitioners The grievance of the petitioners is that the police authorities are harassing the petitioners at the hands of respondent nos. 5 and 6.
In case, any individual is interfering with the liberty of the petitioners, it is open for them to lodge an FIR before the concerned Police Station or file a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate.
In writ proceedings such a direction cannot be issued accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
