Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner wants cancellation of the caste certificate issued to the respondent No.5.
The petitioner has no locus-standi to dispute the caste certificate of any other person.
Moreover, if the incorrect caste certificate has been issued to the respondent No.5, as the petitioner has made a complaint against him, his job is over and now it is up to the authority concerned to act upon and to take a final decision in the matter.
