Petitioner is permitted to incorporate the necessary amendments during the course of the day.
By way of amendment, petitioner has also prayed for a direction upon the appellate authority to decide petitioner's pending appeal arising out of the order awarding minor punishment to petitioner. It is stated that the petitioner's appeal filed on 26.10.2013 against censure entry is pending.
Learned Standing Counsel states that in the event petitioner's appeal has not been decided so far, the same shall be decided expeditiously.
In such view of the matter, this petition stands disposed of, directing respondent no. 1 to decide petitioner's pending appeal, referred to above, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of copy of this order. Liberty stands reserved to petitioner to annex the copy of memo of appeal alongwith proof of dispatch together with copy of this order before the respondent no. 1 within a period of two weeks from today.
