Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.

The petitioner alleges that the respondents are making a road over his bhumidhari land.

If that be so, the remedy of the petitioner is by way of filing a civil suit for injunction. The writ petition for the purpose is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
