Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide application of the petitioner dated 27.10.2020 within stipulated period.
On perusal of record I find that the petitioner is seeking removal of obstacle and encroachment from Nali and Chakroad.
The record reflects that the petitioner has filed application by registered post.
Present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to initiate proper proceedings in accordance with law under Sections 25 and 26 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2016. In the event any such application is filed within a period of one month from today with self attested copy of this order, which may be verified from the official website of this Court, the same shall be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of application.
With the aforesaid observation, present petition stands disposed of.
