Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicants, namely, Shourin Poul@ Doli and Vinay Poul in Case Crime No. 08 of 2020, under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 313 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.- Jaithra, District - Etah.
At the very outset, it has been mentioned by learned counsel for the applicants that applicant No. 2 Vinay Poul has already been arrested and the application in support of him has become infructuous.
As such application for anticipatory bail on behalf of applicant No. 2-Vinay Poul is dismissed as infructuous.
In respect of applicant No. 1 Shourin Poul@ Doli it has been pointed out by the learned AGA that instructions have been received and it has been found that the applicant No. 1 has been exonerated during investigation.
As such the application for anticipatory bail on behalf of applicant No. 1-Shourin Poul @ Doli has become infructuous and it is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
