Learned advocate Mr. Arpit A Kapadia appearing for the applicant has pointed out that one of the ground taken by them is regarding limitation. So far as service of notice and filing of complaint is concerned, thereby, it is their case that the complaint is premature. Considering such point, probably original record is required. Therefore, he is requested to call for R.&P from the trail court. Request is granted to call for R&P from Trial Court. However, parties are permitted to file compilation from their file after exchanging copies to each other to put an end to such old matter as earliest.
