Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.) IInd, Bagpat to decide Suit No. 178 of 2017 (Smt. Kamlesh vs. Nishant and others) within stipulated period.
The suit is of the year 2017. I am not inclined to entertain the present petition at this stage.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed at this stage.
