Respondents These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned order dated 22.07.2019 passed by the Hon’ble Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal in Application No.3924/2019 and 3928/2019 (Annexure-A to the writ petition) and consequently allow the applications as prayed for by these petitioners before the Hon’ble Tribunal in Application No.3924.2019 and 3928.2019 and etc.
These petitions coming on for preliminary hearing this day, DEVDAS J, made the following:
ORDER The impugned orders which were challenged by the writ petitioners before the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal and the order passed by the Tribunal are similar in nature one compared to the factual matrix in the case of Smt.Savitha C.R. and others Vs. State of Karnataka and others which was decided by this Court in W.P.Nos:32176- 32183/2019 by order dated 08.08.2019.
2. Having considered the case of the petitioners who are similarly situated, this Court deemed it fit to modify the orders passed by the Tribunal, while directing the respondents to consider the representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order and pass orders taking into consideration the benefit given to the other petitioners/teachers similarly situated. Therefore, these petitions are disposed of in terms of the directions given in W.P.Nos:32176-32183/2019.
These petitions are accordingly disposed of.
