Mangukiya, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petition has now become infructuous, as it is directed against an interim order dated 24.05.2011 passed by respondent No.1 in Revision Application No.LB/Revision/143/2011, which has now been finally decided. Therefore, the petition may be disposed of, as such.
