JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present Civil Revision Application under Section 29(2) of the Bombay Rent Act has been preferred by the applicants-original defendants nos. 1 and 2 to quash and set aside the judgment and order passed by the learned appellate Court-learned Additional District Judge & Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court No. 2, Dahod dated 07/02/2008 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 76/2004 confirming the judgment and decree passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dahod dated 28/12/1998 in Regular Civil Suit No. 2669/1989.
2. Today, when the present Civil Revision Application is taken up for final hearing Shri Y.M. Thakkar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants-original defendants nos. 1 and 2 has produced on record the communication addressed by applicant no. 2/1 dated 26/04/2012 permitting the applicants to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application as the applicants have already handed over peaceful and vacant possession of the suit premises to the respondents. The communication dated 26/04/2012 as well as the 'kabja' receipt handing over possession of the suit premises to the respondents are directed to be taken on record.
3. In view of the above, Shri Y.M. Thakkar, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Revision Application. The present Civil Revision Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
