Respondents This MFA is filed under Section 37(c) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 praying to call for entire records in Arbitration Appeal No.30/2015 on the file of the Learned District and Sessions Judge Court at Tumkur and set-aside the order passed by the Learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge dated 09.02.2016 in A.A.No.30/2015 and grant the balance enhanced compensation of Rs.19,72,500/- as prayed for in the application filed by the appellant, in the interest of justice and equity.

ORDER The appellant’s counsel is absent. Order dated 25.04.2019 shows that two weeks time was granted for compliance of office objections. It was made clear that if the office objections are not complied within the time, the appeal shall be listed for dismissal. Office objections have remained without being complied with. Therefore appeal is dismissed.
