We have heard learned A.G.A. for the State.
We have perused the report of CJM, Allahabad dated 4.10.2018, which shows that both the appellants Shobha @ Subba Lal and Kalloo have expired one year back. The relevant documents in support of the said death have been annexed with the report of the C.J.M. concerned.
In view of the aforesaid the appeal on behalf of both the appellants Shobha @ Subba Lal and Kalloo stands abated.
Accordingly, the appeal on behalf of both the appellants Shobha @ Subba Lal and Kalloo is being dismissed as having abated.
Let a copy of this order be certified to the court concerned for necessary consequential action.
As per office report dated 26.7.2019 lower court record has been received,the same be sent back to the court concerned for necessary consequential action.
