The sole prayer of the petitioner is that his application dated 6.2.2018 be decided by which he had stated that he had already been given the benefit of Section 123(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 and therefore no hindrance be there in the repairing of his house.
Without observing anything on merits, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 that the application which the petitioner had filed be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
