The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non- compliance of the final judgment and order dated 08.01.2021 passed in Writ - A No. 13615 of 2020 (Shobha Rai v. State of U.P. & 3 others).
It is admitted between the parties that the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Petition.
The contempt application is dismissed.
