Heard Sri P.N. Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ram Prakash Shukla, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2, 5 and 6 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to deduct the necessary amount from the salary of petitioner under the provisions of contributory pension scheme.
ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to accept the amount of Rs. 67384/- which was deducted from the month of June, 2006 to April, 2010 from the salary of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on various judgments annexed to the writ petition and submits that he is also entitled for the benefit in accordance with the aforesaid judgments.
Be that as it may, both the parties agreed that the claim of the petitioner can be suitably looked into by the respondent no. 5- District Basic Education Officer, Bhadohi at the first instance.
Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation alongwith certified copy of this order before the respondent no. 5-District Basic Education Officer, Bhadohi, who shall decide the claim of the petitioner on its own merits strictly in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
