JUDGMENT / ORDER

The disputes in these writ petitions had been referred to the Mediation Centre for attempting a settlement through mediation. The report of the Mediator has been received informing that the dispute has been settled. The Memorandum of Settlement has also been produced in these writ petitions. In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of recording the terms of the Memorandum of Settlement entered into at the Mediation Centre. Accordingly, Exts.P1 to P3 in W.P.(C) No.29334/2013 are set aside.
