No. 1297/2011 passed by the Presiding Officer, FTC-XII, Bengaluru, rejecting the application of the petitioner filed under Section 231(2) of Cr.P.C. for cross examination of all the three witnesses (Cw-1 to 3) on the same day after completion of their deposition in chief.
