ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the respondents.
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 25.08.2014 passed in C.M.A.No.2 of 2012 by the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, at Mancherial, confirming the order and decree dated 13.02.2012 passed in I.A.No.64 of 2010 in O.S.No.26 of 2010 by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Chennur.
The petitioner herein is the plaintiff who instituted the aforesaid suit for permanent injunction restraining the respondents/defendants from interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule land admeasuring Ac.5.29 guntas in Sy.No.192 of Narayanapur village, Chennur Mandal, Adilabad district. Initially temporary injunction was granted in I.A.No.64 of 2010 and after filing the counter by the respondents, the same was vacated. Thereafter, the petitioner filed CMA.No.2 of 2012 against the said order dated 13.02.2012 and the same was dismissed by judgment and decree dated 25.08.2014.
There was no injunction in favour of the petitioner from 13.02.2012 till today. The said suit is ripe for hearing. In the circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed and the learned Junior Civil Judge, Chennure is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.26 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
