JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will never claim Grant from the State Government in future even if the Rules are amended or any decision in that regard is passed by this Court in future.
2. On condition that an Undertaking as aforesaid shall be filed by the petitioner before the Registry of this Court and the concerned authority, within a period of two weeks from today, Notice returnable on 31.07.2012.
