Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State.
The present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed by petitioner no.1 Shivrani for the alleged kidnapping of her daughter Km. Mahajabeen aged about 19 years by respondent no.4 without any authority on 16.03.2019.
Since 16.03.2019 the whereabout of petitioner no.2 Km. Mahajabeen is not traceable. The poor lady petitioner no.1 has moved an application to S.P., Jalaun as well as SHO, Redar, Jalaun but no action has been taken in this regard.
Under the circumstances, the Court directs the S.P., Jalaun would look into the matter personally and decide the representation given by petitioner no.1, which are annexed as Annexure Nos. 1 and 2 to this petition respectively and find out the petitioner no.2 is being kept in the illegal captivity of respondent no.4 for which effort should be made to get her release within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation, the present habeas corpus writ petition is disposed of.
