Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.1 to decide the case No.5159 of 2018, Computerize Case No.T201802030305159 (Shivram Patel Vs. M.P. Patel) under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within an stipulated period, which is pending before him since 2018."
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation case filed in the year 2018 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Tehsildar, Tehsil Soraon, District Prayagraj to endeavour to decide the mutation case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before hi Order Date :- 18.12.2019 RKM
