After hearing Mr.Majmudar, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant and after going through Annexure-A to this application, we are convinced that the applicant has made out a strong prima facie case to have an interim order to the extent that the opponent concerned may take decision of letting out the land as reflected in the notice which is annexed to this application, but any decision therein should not be given effect to until decision in this application.
