The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to Insolvency Judge, Meerut, before whom the restoration application being Misc. Case No.57 of 2017 is pending, to decide the same within a specified time frame.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the proceedings are getting adjourned on account of adjournment being sought by the applicant (official receiver).
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the court below to decide Misc. Application No.57 of 2017 arising out of Misc. Case No. 3 of 1997 expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
