The reliefs claim in the writ petition is against the son and daughter-in-law of the petitioner namely Prashant Beniwal and Shivali @ Anku but they have not made party in the writ petition. In fact, the prayer made in the writ petition is totally vague and no relief can be granted to the petitioners on such prayer.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition after impleading the necessary party and after apprising the provisions of law for claiming such reliefs.
